I have an Uncle who has a son John Peter (my cousin) with spastic qualdrapalegic (his cerebral palsy affects all four limbs) Anyway, my heart go out to for the past 20 plus years (how old my cousin is) he sent me an email and I would like to share it with all the caring people of Dr. Phil's community.
