At one point in my life I felt that defending your Country through Military service was one of the highest honors somebody could bestow on their fellow American Citizen. Since my time in service and deployment over seas in the war on terror, I still feel I have honored my country with my service but would like to know why reciprocation from the general public is less than desireable.
I am not, by any means, putting down Americans or Immigrants that utelize the systems intended to help people through bad circumstances in life. I am a bit upset that American military veterans have to fight just as hard at home to get benefits they deserve from their service to their Country as they did abroad. Only to see generations of people who suck the system instead of getting off their lazy asses and contributing to society like most other Americans. Lazy is not a disability...... Why is it so difficult for Veterans to get deserved benefits and then get scoffed by civilians saying veterans only want more...... for free???

Advocate for veterans so they get through the red tape and get what they deserve from their service to this Country.
