Emily and Lori say that when their oldest sister, Kim, lost 115 pounds a year and a half ago, she turned into a completely different person. A one-time devoted wife and mother, they say that Kim filed for divorce from her husband of 17 years, joined a sexual fetish group and started neglecting her 9-year-old daughter’s needs -- one time even losing track of the child for several hours. The sisters also claim that their niece is being exposed to Kim’s sexual activities and has become scared and withdrawn. Kim says that she’s happier than ever and insists that her daughter is well taken care of and is not exposed to any sexual activities -- and she says her sisters are blowing things way out of proportion. How does she describe her new lifestyle and the changes she has made? And, hear from Kim’s soon-to-be ex-husband, James. Does he support the way Kim is living her life? Dr. Phil sorts through the allegations in search of the truth -- is Kim’s daughter in an unsafe environment? Plus, Kim has a new boyfriend, Stacy, whom she calls the love of her life. Don’t miss part two tomorrow, when the sisters come face-to-face with Stacy for the first time -- and learn a shocking secret about his past. This show contains strong sexual content. Viewer discretion advised.

No, thankfully, I am a size 5 and do not need the surgery, but the people I do know that have had it had the problems I mentioned.  Gee what made you so mean?

Kim, I can't believe you are choosing Stacy over your daugher's physical and mental well being.  Stacy looks like your son, there is a reason he is with you and i don't believe it is you.  James, I hope you get your head out of you know where and go for custody of your daugher.  If you can't care for her, i believe she would be far better off with one aunts.   Stacy gives me chills and not in a good way.

As someone who is in the bdsm lifestyle, this show upset me greatly!  Anyone in the community will tell you that someone with a history like the man this mother is with, they are NOT accepted! It is reprehensible for anyone with this kind of history be allowed anywhere near children and the bdsm community would not condone, allow or even accept him in any shape or form!!!!! As for what this child is seeing and hearing, that is against everything we believe!! In fact a practising bdsm couple WOULD NOT preform their activities anywhere that a child might even slightly see/hear.  No child is ever, EVER to know what goes on in a bdsm relationship.

These two ARE NOT in anyway, shape or form a representation of our lifestyle!!!! The child should be taken from her immediately!!

What happened to Eliza's post, which was very well written.    I thought it was very thoughtful of Eliza to take the time to write to Queen.   Hope Queen gives her words some thought.  Hope she got to read it.

I can't understand for the life of me why that father did not stand up and say that his daughter would never spend anymore time with Stacey.  For pete's sake he had a binder full of child pornography!!  You can't  "accidentally" download that!

Dr. Phil made a comment that left some of us very confused. He said that to Stacy that the risk of him offending is not as high as we think, but with therapy. There apparently are also different levels that varies from person to person. Maybe he meant the probability of re-offending depends on the individual. What are we to believe if we don't understand his comments?

The statistics of re-offending has proven over and over for decades now that this "disease" is absolutely not curable. It's been proven in generations that this does not end. The truth will set you free, but it will piss you off first. There is no rehabilitation for child sex offenders. Period.
