2013 Shows

(Original Air Date: 11/12/12) In December 2011, 20-year-old Morgan was found dead in her bedroom of a suspected drug overdose. Authorities later ruled Morgan’s death a suicide, but her parents, Toni and Steve, say that they believe something far more sinister was at play. They claim that Morgan’s former friend and neighbor, Brooke, 18, and Brooke’s ex-boyfriend stalked and tormented Morgan in her final days and eventually killed her. Toni and Steve say they have home surveillance footage showing shadowy figures on their property on several occasions -- but does it point the finger at anyone in particular? Plus, Toni says she has enough proof to reopen the investigation into Morgan’s death -- but does she? Then, Brooke joins the show with her father, Jim, and faces off against her accusers. How does she answer to the allegations against her? Tune in and decide for yourself: Was Morgan murdered?

Find out what happened on the show.

While I'm sure the parents are devastated, and there seems to be evidence that someone was at least stalking the house, if not Morgan, the fact that her mother goes off further into the deep end to show that Morgan was murdered is getting ludicrous.  The accusations are getting crazier and crazier, as is the "evidence."  There's NO evidence to show anything of the like, only belief and conjecture.  That she just can't finally accept that Morgan committed suicide is sad.

If someone was stalking our child I would have set the stalkers up by having my husband sleep in her room and she sleep in another undisclosed location. Then if the stalkers broke in we would be having some breaking and entering justice.

The mother has changed her mind, she is now claiming B's father is the man in the picture of a man walking by the house.  She, despite autospy saying no evidence of sexual abuse, is claiming (because a medium told her) that Morgan was raped pre and post mortom.  That the whole police department and government is protecting the people she has accused.  She moderates the messages on her blog removing these she doesn't like but left the ones hoping that brooke's baby daughter would be murdered so she would feel the pain the mother of morgan does.  The woman has been stalking her old neighbourhood for years she needs to be forced to stop.

There was stalking going on that is for sure, Toni has indicated in her blogg that she took note of when her neighbours where in their house if they had guests she wrote their number plates.  Now even after the autopsy showed no evidence of sexual assault she is claiming her daughter was raped both before and after death.  Her claims on the death keep esclalating with the suggestions of thes posting comments. someone will post a suggestion and its marked down as fact a few days later.

You seem to say that stalking someone is okay cause it doesn't cause problems?! Stalking is a major problem and can cause a lot of problems for people, so your acting like it was nothing seems very wrong to me.  Oh, it just messed with her mind.  You think?!  Might want to think about something, before you type it out for everyone to see.

Morgan's mother claims a group of people entered her house killed her daughter without anyone hearing.  How is that possible 12 people enter your house and you don't know about it.

Toni knew she didn’t have sufficient proof.  What she wanted was an investigation, which she believed would provide the additional proof.

I find it really difficult to believe that a stalker could have evaded all those security cameras to enter Morgan’s house and murder her.  But I also find it really difficult to believe that David Westerfield could have kidnapped Danielle van Dam from her bed in San Diego in 2002, despite their burglar alarm, and evading the six adults and other two children and dog inside it - and left no trace of himself behind, the police dogs couldn’t even detect his scent there.  But most people are so convinced that he pulled off this feat that he is now on Death Row.  If people can believe that, then they can also believe that Morgan was murdered by an intruder.

When asked by Dr Phil, "DId you murder this girl?"

BROOKE SAID, "I DID NOT MURDER THIS GIRL" i.e. her first answer was not "Where's your proof?"

MULTIPLE TIME she said, "I didn't do it".

Why do people here pick at one response and say it makes her look suspicious? While others alter what she said to, "Show me your evidence" or "You have no proof"...Seems Morgan's mother is a bit histrionic and her paranoia is rubbing off on other people.  Sue her Brooke and shut her up since she has no proof and her daughter was taking drugs i.e. no one forced her to take anything.

If I was harassed by someone accusing me of a crime I didn't do, I would get tired of saying I didn't do it too and ask for their proof. Since the woman keeps saying she has proof, it was funny how the topic changed when she was asked point blank for the alleged proof. The only red flag is the constantly changing stories told by Toni.
