Alexandra is spoilt rotten; having a sense of entitlement to everything and in total denial of her addictions! She is manipulative,  irresponsibile and refuses to take ownership of her own irrational behaviour.
Your  patient attempts to help Alexadra and family are most admirable. God Bless you.

I simply feel sorry for Alex when I see her and that she does what she can. It's hard to get out of something so difficult. I am just so angry with her parents and understands what Alex means by that they never set up. Sure, they take care of their grandchildren, but their own children then? Should they give a damn about their children only because they reached the age of 23?

Dr.Phil then? Where is he in it? Let the family in his studio, earning a few million and then go to bed in his comfortable bed while Alex sleeps on a couch.
Why does not Dr.Phil sends money to her education?
I just think that Dr.Phil is trying to make her feel even more bad and just throw her a lot of negative.

I do not know how things work in the U.S., because I live in Sweden. I will not speak of how the pain pills are so.

Here in Sweden you get help if you do not have money, social contribution. That is why we pay taxes, so everyone has a right to feel good!

I am 22 years old, living with my boyfriend (also 22 years) and our three children.
Three years and the twins are 8 months and we are doing well, although none currently has a job and we take no help from social services.

I think your family treat you badly, my parents had helped me how bad it than would have been! Because they care about me!

I hope it will soon be going well for you and that your luck changes for total happiness

Just so you are aware Alaxandra, those so called PERSCRIPTION drugs you are on can and WILL kill you. I had a nephew a couple years ago that was on all kinds of perscription meds, for pain and gee guess where his pain was? IN HIS BACK.. His pain specialist kept giving him all kinds of medications and two years ago he DIED of a over dose. He did not over dose himself he was taking what the Drs. said to take and it KILLED him he was only 30 when he died. At the time of his death he had a 12 year old daughter that now has to live without her father. Although while he was on those drugs he couldn't be much of a father, but he did have custody of her and did the best he could. He had been on pain medicine for about 10 years before it took his life, and I would bet that there are alot more out there that has died for this very reason. Think about this cause you have three young children that I bet would love to have their mom in their lives. Its time to quit blaming others and take responsiblity for your children. I had three kids by the time I was 20 I was a single mom I did it myself, YES its tough YES its hard, YES you have to give up just about everything you wanted out of life, and YES YOUR KIDS SHOULD COME FIRST, but the kids didn't ask to be born. Please get the help you need to get off those perscription drugs before its to late and you end up like my nephew.

Alexandra you say you trying to get into school. I have heard you over and over talking about turning you life  around. As much as I hope you can achieve but based on your behavior that you have displayed on Dr. Phil since you were 15 you make a lot of empty promises. You wine about being homeless but you are making that choice by refusing to live with your parents. By moving back home you could spend time with your children. You may say that your mom annoys you and she is hard to live with but at this point in time you have run out of options. You are taking the medicine prescribed by your doctor, but prescription drugs are very addictive and in the long run you are going have some serious problems with your kidney and liver. Think about your babies, think of how much they need you, Currently your popping in and out of their lives is very confusing  to your kids. Let Dr. Phil get you the help you need. Alexandra you are so blessed to have a mom and a dad  that has agreed to raise your children and kept them out of foster homes. Get well and begin a new life so you can raise your own children. The way that you are living your life right now is only going to get worse. I don't want Dr. Phil to have to do a show talking about your funeral.

PLEASE GET THE HELP YOU NEED

Sincerely Colleen

This girl has been on this show since she was pregnant at 15; and it's been a train wreck since!  Three kids that she doesn't take care of; different guys; drug addiction; ect.  She lies to you & your team-she rolls her eyes constantly; she does not want to help herself at all.  She comes on your show when ever she wants a free ride and personally I think it is getting sickening.  There are other people out there that truly need your help, and yet, there she is again.  Complains because she wants "spending money"; you allow Tony to be at the hotel you put her up in-I just think this whole thing; including her family need to stand on their own feet!!
I have written to you numerous times about my daughter that has a terrible addiction and almost died 3 times and never heard a word; as I am sure other people have-but ALEXANDRA continues to use you, and other people need help also.  She consumes your time-the babies are with her parents being well taken care of, and if they can not handle it, then I am sorry; but put them in foster care.
You may be mad at me after this letter but I guess I am entitled to my feelings.  I respect you very much, but as the old saying goes, "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink"!!!

Alexandra may or may not have a legitament pain issue. I have been researching addiction for awhile and I was struck by what Dr. Phil said about Alexandra having a medical and emotional addiction to prescription drugs. A medical addiction is something that naturally happens when someone is on a medicine that they need in order to keep away from feeling their symptoms or to keep an illness from progressing. A medical/physical addiction is an "addiction" because the person has to take the medicine in order to keep away from feeling withdrawal and also there is an element of tolerance that happens. Then there is psychological/emotional addiction to a drug. This form of addiction always includes drug abuse. Drug abuse is when you use a drug for something other than what it was prescribed for and also take more than what is safe/prescribed. Sometimes people confuse medical/physical addiction with psychological/emotional addiction which includes drug abuse. Psychological/emotional addiction is the type of addiction where people end up in jail, dead, and/or in drug addiction rehabilitation.

I haven't watched the first 2 show's on updated on Alex and family, but will this week watch.
I have prayed for her to grow up and change, but not feeling inside she still get's it.
My own family has been going though so much, and I have been tring to deal with our own life stuff.
It has been a roller coaster ride for month's.
I'm going to listen to Dr Phil and see if there change on the way for that family.
Sad thing is there is so many people in this world that need a helping hand and don't get any help,it's get out there and try and fix our life's.
