I was expecting to see updates on the Dr Phil Show and The Doctors about the 17 Day Diet Challenge.  Has it been "put to rest"?  I think this diet is the best ever.  I'm having the greatest on-going success with it since February 13/11.  I'm nearing my halfway mark.  I still have plenty to loose and I plan to continue on the diet.  I have, so far lost 114.8 pounds.

I've been following the diet and I'm not sure if I've noticed much of a weight loss. I exercise about 45 mins a day as well. I just want to lose 15 lbs, but I'm getting a bit discouraged because I don't see much of a difference but I hear about so many people losing lots of weight within the first few days. I'm following the diet religiously. Any suggestions?

For cycle 1 I had a couple questions... * Can we have more than one egg serving a day? * Can we eat our portion of probiotics after 2pm?

I am a 48 year old mother of 6 children. I have a weight problem. I have tried so many diets and meal plans that I have lost count. My last failure came at a cost of 200 dollars. I joined the YMCA melt down and I worked so hard I exercised followed the meal plans and calorie intake diligently and I lost nothing. I have been to doctors' specialist trained with personal trainers and nothing and I mean nothing works. I have sat and cried with my doctor only to be told "your fat a lazy" more then once I have heard this. It just tears me up inside, how can they say this to me when I have brought in documentation that I have followed the calorie count and exercise regimen that has been set up by professional trainers. I have been married for almost 20 years and I have not had any intimacy with my husband for almost 2 years. I have somewhere lost who I am I have lost me. I don't feel any attractions I have no libido I feel nothing. I want more then anything to find myself and be healthy for my family and my self I want to be me again. I have become a recluse in my own home. I am horrified by my looks and my weight. I sleep on the couch so that my husband won't be able to feel the fat that encompasses my body. I have purchased the book but yet I have so many fears that this too will fail me. I have considered extreme measures and have tried some extreme measures to loss weight. I have applied to be on the biggest loser, I have written the Oprah show, I have written Richard Simmons. I just hope and pray that this will work for me. I go to bed every night and cry I sleep very little because I can't stop thinking of how fat, disgusting and ugly I feel. I was not always this way. My weight issues began about 8 years ago. It wasn't a slow weight gain but a very rapid one. The weight began as literal pounds per week. I thought at first it must be an aging thing so I decreased my food intake and exercised more. The weight just kept coming and it won't stop. Please pray for me that this will work. I will keep posting my updates as to the progresses in this new plan with the 17 day diet. Patricia

I am trying the meal plan and its great. I dont have to worry about anything, it just shows up on my doorstep every week and I heat up.  I love the variety and its not typical diet delivery food.  If you dont like to cook (like me) or just dont know how to cook healthy(like me!) this is a no-brainer.

are you buying the food offered or cooking on your own? I haven't bought the book yet , afraid that it is just a joke and won't work just like all the other fad diets that I have tried.

is everyone on this diet buying the food offered? Or are you doing it your self with your own cooking skills?
